What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, the service you are asking about, and — if you choose to give them — approximate square footage and a message.

Nothing else. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking of any kind. The site sets no cookies. It loads no fonts, scripts, or images from other companies’ servers, so no third party learns that you visited.

What we do with it

A submitted form is sent as an email to qcharles@ywcleaning.com so we can reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

The email travels through Google’s mail servers and is stored in our Google Workspace mailbox, so Google processes it in the ordinary course of carrying our email.

Your IP address

To stop automated abuse, the server counts how many form submissions arrive from one internet address. That address is held in memory for sixty seconds and then discarded. It is never written to a file or attached to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our email for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep ordinary business records. If you become a customer, your details are kept for the life of the account and afterwards as our records require.

Removing your details

Email or call and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm that we have. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in.

You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

Children

This is a website for commercial cleaning contracts. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
