Do you clean during business hours or after?
Most clients prefer after-hours service so cleaning never interrupts their team. We also run day-porter service for lobbies and restrooms in higher-traffic buildings.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance naming your property before service begins.
How is carpet cleaning priced?
By square footage and soil level. We walk the space first, then quote a fixed price for the dual-stage process so there are no surprises on the invoice.
