Questions we hear most
What is the 5 + 10 Cleaning System?
It is our written standard: five steps in every office and cubicle and ten in every restroom, performed in the same order on every visit. It is what keeps quality consistent no matter which crew is in the building.
Do you clean during business hours or after?
Most clients prefer after-hours service so cleaning never interrupts their team. Day porters for lobbies and restrooms in higher-traffic buildings are available too — ask for it when we quote.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, both. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage as well as a janitorial bond, and we can provide proof of all of it, including a certificate of insurance naming your property, before service begins.
How is carpet cleaning and floor waxing priced?
By square footage. We walk the space first and quote a fixed price, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What does a quote involve?
A short walk-through of your building, a look at your current schedule and pain points, and a written scope with fixed monthly pricing. If you already have a janitorial service, we will audit their work during the same visit at no charge. There is no obligation either way.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Grand Rapids and serve the greater West Michigan area, out to Holland and Zeeland on the lakeshore, as well as Metro Detroit. If it is commercial and it is in our area, we cover it.
